The Role
The successful candidate will join our Wills and Probate department and will be responsible for:
- Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney - Advising clients on estate administration - Providing advice on trusts and court of protection - Liaising with clients, professional contacts and third parties - Representing the department at client meetings - Working collaboratively with colleagues
The Person
We are looking for an experienced Solicitor/Legal Executive with:
- A minimum of 3 years’ PQE in Wills and Probate - Good knowledge of the legal principles of estate administration - Ability to work on own initiative - Excellent communication skills - Access to own transport
